Return & Refund Policy

At SheerWarm, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (if marked “Non-Returnable”)

  • Gift cards

  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at havensupllc1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you want a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at havensupllc1@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
